KHẢO SÁT HOẠT TÍNH ỨC CHẾ TYROSINASE CỦA CAO CHIẾT LÁ NHO VITIS VINIFERA L. (VITACEAE)

Arbutin và axit kojic được biết đến là chất ức chế tyrosinase thường sử dụng trong mỹ phẩm sản làm trắng da. Tuy nhiên, gây ra nhạy cảm da, khi arbutin có khả năng độc tế bào. Do đó, việc tìm nguồn gốc thiên nhiên đang rất quan tâm. Nghiên cứu này nhằm đánh giá tác động enzyme của các cao chiết từ lá nho Vitis vinifera L.. Cao toàn phần bằng phương pháp ngâm với chloroform, cồn 96o nước. Tác thông qua phản ứng L-DOPA (3,4-dihydoxy-L-phenylalanin), đó tính IC50 (giá trị nồng độ 50% hoạt tyrosinase) tiềm năng. Kết quả cho thấy, tất cả khảo sát đều tyrosinase, xanh đỏ thể hiện rõ nhất tyrosinase. mạnh = 0,197 mg/mL so 0,072 kojic.
